• Women: You should wear short shorts and a tank top. Sports Bras are recommended. Pole dancing requires skin contact with the pole in order to stick to and hold moves. The higher level you get the more skin contact you need. Pole is done bare foot and sometimes in high heels depending on the class. The instructor and/or class description will tell you if heels are needed for a particular class.

  • Men: Shorts and compression shorts and a tank top/ t-shirt. As you get into higher levels you may want to either shave your legs (:^o) or purchase specialty pole leggings. Leg hair can get ripped out in the harder poses!

Water bottle Gotta stay hydrated!, Yoga Mat, Towel, specialty shoes based on which class

Yes! Its our job to help you get stronger no matter what level you are at! We will teach you everything you need to know and do exercises with you to get you stronger!

Drop Ins are available however, classes fill up quickly and we have limited spots available. Please let us know as soon as possible in advance if you plan to attend and/or you are going to miss a class you were planning on attending. You can see class schedules and sign up via Glofox:  NEED TO ADD or go to our schedule page.

  • You should NOT put on ANY lotion on your hands or legs the day of Pole Fitness. Sweating will release the lotion and you will slide off the pole no matter what you do!
  • Take off your jewelry. It can damage the poles and you can get caught on it!
  • If you want to use heels, please bring pole specific heels. You can find multiple cheaper options for pole heels starting at $45. They provide much better ankle support, are much more durable, easier to balance on and are designed specifically to allow you to still grip the pole with your skin.
  • If you have long hair, always bring a hair tie to class.
  • Ladies, if you want to wear a sexy top, you will want to test it out before coming to class! There are many beautiful tops out there, and a lot of them are not designed to go upside down in! You will find that more times than not when you get into inversions your top only works in one direction, your ladies will come out to play when you don’t want them to!

Please plan on showing up at least 10 minutes early to class, this will allow you to get ready for class and let class start on time. We start our classes right on time and people coming in late is very distracting and takes away from other students class experience. If you are going to be late, please contact the instructor prior to the class to let them know.

For any acrobatic or pole classes it is highly discouraged to not be sober in class. Many of the moves are very physically challenging and demand full coordination and awareness. Please contact your instructor on policy for other types of classs. We want you to have fun AND be safe!

It doesn’t matter, how big or small you are, how old or young, sexy or clumsy you are, everyone can have fun and learn a ton in our Pole dance classes. Our pole and aerials equipment is commercial grade custom made for the height of our studio and securely anchored both top and bottom in place. (My husband and I doing partner spin moves at over 300 lbs combined haven’t had any troubles.)

  • If you miss a class and communicate ahead of time, you can transfer the payment for an alternate class. If you miss a class and do not communicate no refund or alternate class will be offered. Workshops are non refundable or transferable due to limited space. Students can transfer their spot to someone else but they must handle payments independently.
  • Due to not having a long term membership, refunds or extensions are offered on monthly passes. For injuries or uncontrollable circumstances please contact the studio to discuss and we will work with you.
